A prime example of an external environmental factor that impacts marketing plans is the covid 19. Before that we could consider the trade war between the US and China as another example of an external environmental factor that impacted marketing.

Think about a company in that category that you want to analyze. Discuss one specific external environmental factor (Political/Legal, Economic, Social/cultural, Technological, Environmental, Competitive) trend that you believe is having or will have an impact on how the company markets the product.
