Examine the Workplace Assessment Template.
Consider the results of your Discussion post in terms of your assessment of workplace civility and the response you received from coworkers.

Part 1: Examining the Workplace (1-2 pages)
For this Module’s Discussion, go over the Work Environment Assessment Template you completed earlier.
Describe the findings of the Work Environment Assessment you conducted at your place of business.
Identify two items about the results that surprised you, as well as one belief you had prior to doing the Assessment that was confirmed.
Explain what the Assessment’s findings mean for the health and civility of your workplace.
Reviewing the Literature (Part 2) (1-2 pages)
Describe the principle or notion given in the article(s) you choose in a few sentences.
Explain how the article(s)’ theory or notion connects to the results of your Work Environment Assessment.
Explain how the idea outlined in your chosen article(s) could be used by your organization to promote organizational health and/or generate stronger work teams. Give instances and be specific.
Part 3 (12 pages): Evidence-Based Strategies for Developing High-Performance Interprofessional Teams
Recommend at least two ideas for addressing any flaws found in your Work Environment Assessment that are supported by the research.
Recommend at least two solutions to support the successful practices identified in your Work Environment Assessment.
Part 1 of the rubric is an accurate, detailed, and completed Work Environment Assessment Template.
The responses properly and completely summarize the findings of a Work Environment Assessment conducted at a workplace.
The responses accurately and clearly identify two surprising aspects of the data, as well as describe in detail at least one preexisting belief that was validated throughout the evaluation.
The responses properly and thoroughly describe what the assessment’s findings say regarding a workplace’s health and civility.
Part 2: The comments must accurately and completely describe the topic or notion given in the chosen article.
The comments fully and clearly describe how the theory or concept offered in the article relates to the Work Environment Assessment results.
The comments accurately and clearly explain how an organization could use the concepts discussed in the selected article to improve organizational health and/or work teams.
The responses are thoroughly supported by specific and extensive examples.
