Instructions:
Organizational behavior is scrutinized in this article.
Look through professional publications for two articles on organizational behavior that you’re interested in. You must evaluate each article in accordance with the guidelines outlined below. Articles should be no older than three years. You must use the ProQuest Central database, which can be obtained at the library at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
The following three parts must be included in each three-page critique (for a total of six pages for both critiques). To submit to Waypoint, combine both article reviews into one document (do not submit two documents).
Fill in the blanks in the following three sections:
Recognize the articles
Provide enough information about your content for the reader to be able to discover the article. Describe the steps you took to find the information you needed.
Write a summary of the articles.
Identify the key points that the authors are attempting to make (i.e., 1, 2, 3, or first, second, third). Each article will usually have three to five primary themes. If you’re summarizing a court case, make sure to include the following points:
What part of the law was in question? Give a summary of the case’s facts.
What legal standards were used?
Was there anything odd about the case?
Provide enough information to show that you comprehend the article’s subject.
Comment on the article.
Give your comment (informative, critical, and logical) to the writers’ points or an overall assessment of the pieces. A mere affirmative or negative statement is insufficient. While you may make such a comment as an introduction to your reply,
the grounds for your position must be stated clearly and logically. You might also be interested in the Writing an Article Critique resource from the Writing Center (Links to an external site.).

A separate title page must be included with the following information:
