Introduction

An information system security framework’s primary goal is to secure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, applications, and data. Network administrators, IT service people, management, and IT security practitioners, such as information security officers, security analysts, and domain administrators, all need to know about information security implementation and management.
Scenario
To complete this project, you will need the text sheet Integrated Distributors Incorporated (access project ts integrateddistributors.docx). You work for Integrated Distributors Incorporated (IDI), a multinational corporation with offices in numerous countries, as both an IT architect and an IT security specialist. This course’s instructor takes on the role of the chief information officer (CIO). Your classmates take on the role of selected IT personnel. Different information technologies and infrastructureIT systems, apps, and databasesare used in each of the organization’s locations. IT security and access control at various levels have been established and incorporated in their appropriate places.
Tasks
As an IT architect and security specialist, your objectives are to:
Develop solutions to the problems that the IDI location in question is experiencing.
Develop strategies for implementing corporate-wide information access techniques that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
Assess the risks and vulnerabilities of operating IT facilities in the many locations where IDI now operates, and design mitigation plans and techniques.
Examine the IDI’s present systems for their strengths and faults.
Address the secure access requirements of remote users and Web site visitors.
Prepare a budget proposal for the project, taking into account hardware, software, upgrades/replacements, and consulting services.
To communicate the proposed change to management, provide thorough network and configuration diagrams explaining the planned change.
Create and submit a detailed report that addresses the learning objectives as well as your answers to the scenario’s problems.
Prepare a 10- to 15-slide PowerPoint presentation that covers critical features of access control, infrastructure, and administration at each location ( DUE ON SUNDAY).
