Important Note: This topic involves the impact on patients of health information technology. Since this is my last subject. Annex the introduction I presented
Chapter 8 (8): Governance of Information and Legal Functions: According to the authors, Smallwood, Kahn and Murphy, IG may be one of the fields with the largest impact on law. Failure to meet them might literally knock a company or land managers out of prison. Privacy, security, records management, IT and business management are very crucial. The most important part of all these duties, however, is legality and conformity with regulations from a critical standpoint.
Identify the industry you will be writing about in your final report and examine the regulatory compliance requirements for the enterprise and the security, privacy and record-keeping functions that this enterprise needs to fulfill. Remember to quote your sources and comment critically to two other students.
