Describe how your primary diagnosis is supported by the patient’s symptoms and matches with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Plan: What was your psychotherapy strategy (which included one health promotion activity and one patient education strategy)? What was your treatment and management strategy, including complementary and alternative therapies? Nonpharmacologic treatments, alternative therapies, and follow-up parameters, as well as a justification for this therapy and management plan, should all be included.
