Assignment: Change Management Presentation
Assessment Goals and Objectives of the Assignment
Develop precise plans and techniques to help an organization accomplish positive transformation. To complete this project, you may refer to the information you prepared in Week 5, but your contribution should add to your earlier research rather than simply copying your Week 5 assignment.
Apple, Coca-Cola, Nike, Starbucks, and WalMart are examples of corporations that may not be chosen for your tasks. A 50 percent point deduction will be levied if one of these companies is employed for an assignment.
Scenario: You’ve been employed as a consultant to design plans and techniques to help the corporation you chose in Week 5 make beneficial improvements.
Review your Week 5 study of the corporation’s change process to ensure you have a complete knowledge of the change and why it is necessary.
For the company’s Board of Directors, prepare a 12- to 13-slide Change Management Presentation. Include the following in your list:
Examine why this change was necessary.
Discuss the company’s global influence as a result of this change.
Consider how this change will affect employees.
Chart strategies and tactics for successfully implementing the organizational transformation using Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model. Complete the following in your chart:
Develop tactics for each of Kotter’s eight steps.
Create strategies to go along with each strategy.
Provide an explanation for each strategy and tactic’s effectiveness.
Finish your presentation by describing how this good organizational transformation will help the corporation maintain a global competitive advantage.
Please turn in your assignment.
