Based on your findings, develop a strategic strategy for implementing a practice change in your clinical practice environment.
Describe how you plan to put the practice shift into action in your practice.
What theoretical model will you employ, and how will you overcome implementation challenges?
What internal sources of evidence would you rely on to demonstrate improvement in outcomes?
Clearly describe the methodologies of implementation evaluation. Are there any ethical issues to consider?
The presentation should be a mock-up of what you’d give to your unit’s staff in order to achieve buy-in as you implement a practice change in your field. Use your preferred recording platform and either post as an mp4 or send the dropbox link directly to the video. ***Do not record as voice-over PowerPoint because it cannot be saved as an mp4 file or linked to.*** You will not be given credit for your project if you submit it as a PowerPoint with a voice over recording (or partial credit as you did not meet the full requirements of the assignment.)
If the presentation is in PowerPoint, please include the reference slide; if the presentation is not in PowerPoint, please submit a list of the references in APA format in a Word document used to build the presentation to the dropbox in a separate submission (be sure to orally cite your sources if no PowerPoint is used to identify the sources)
