These concepts will be applied to a program, product, or service offered by a firm of your choice (KIA is my chosen company). For all milestone documents, you’ll use the same firm, product, and service. After your professor has approved your product/service and firm, write a paragraph describing the following: Give an overview of the company and its product/service offers.
