OVERVIEW

However, in terms of expenses and completion date, you were 20% over budget. Management has now requested that your project be reviewed.
INSTRUCTIONS
Write an 810 page paper that includes the following:
Give a brief overview of the project you’ve chosen.
Determine and assess the method you’ll utilize to finish your project.
Determine the primary obstacles that may arise during the project closeout process and develop a strategy to overcome them.
Other than MS Project and MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel), find and evaluate any computer-based program that you may use to manage project expenses and schedules.
Consider the many project management tactics that you could employ based on the tool that you’ve chosen.
Examine whether continual process improvements would have aided in the project’s completion. Support your response with a rationale.
Consider whether applying risk management strategies would have altered the project’s delivery.
Support your answer with at least two instances of risk management approaches that would have allowed you to complete your project on time or on budget.
In this assignment, use at least three high-quality materials. Note that Wikipedia and other comparable websites are not considered high-quality materials.
