Summarize three research publications concerning learning organizations and discuss different elements of learning organizations using the material from the articles. Healthy organizations, like people, “learn.” When a company establishes procedures, systems, and people resources that are capable of sharing knowledge, continuously innovating, and learning from mistakes and failures as well as accomplishments, it becomes a “learning organization.” This method results in a corporate culture of continual improvement, with employees aiming for excellence along the way while realizing that perfection is an unattainable goal.
