analysis is a popular method. You will practice utilizing a SWOT analysis in this assignment to better understand the aspects that go into making company decisions that enhance long-term competitive advantage.
Choose a firm from the 2019 Fortune 500 list that has a durable competitive edge in the marketplace and research it.
Using the SWOT analysis technique, assess the selected company’s long-term competitive advantage.
Write a modified SWOT analysis of 700 to 1,050-words that contains the following:
An overview of the company with a full description
Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are depicted in a SWOT analysis diagram.
An assessment of how certain internal characteristics (strengths and/or shortcomings) contribute to and/or create a competitive advantage; examples include:
