There are six unique characteristics distinguishing services from goods. These characteristics are intangibility, inseparability, perishability, client relationship, customer effort, and uniformity. Discuss each characteristic as to how services differ from goods. Be sure to provide a specific aviation service example. You may present your findings in a table or bullet format.
Limit your paper to 400 words, excluding references (no cover/title page is necessary). Format and cite your paper in current APA style.
There are six distinct features that set services apart from other types of products. Intangibility, inseparability, perishability, client connection, customer effort, and uniformity are all qualities of the product. Discuss how services vary from products in each of these characteristics. Make sure to provide a concrete example of an aircraft service. Tables and bullets may be used to display your results.
