Find an article about managing conflict in an organization through communication in the CSU Online Library. The article must have a clear connection to the course content and the ability to add meaningful analysis and interaction with the
course topic.
You must accurately identify the article’s premise, significant points in support of the premise, and the significance of those points to the course and/or field in order to complete this assignment. You must provide an in-depth and
comprehensive analysis of the article, supported by solid arguments and evidence. It’ll be up to you to come up with a fair and persuasive interpretation. In your analysis, you will need to use concepts from the course.
Make sure to assess the type of conflict discussed in the article as you write the review. In your analysis, use the classifications presented in Unit III (Rahim’s functional outcomes and Rahim’s dysfunctional outcomes). Make sure to include
communication skills for dealing with functional conflict, as well as communication techniques for dealing with dysfunctional conflict.
You must cite at least two peer-reviewed sources in addition to the paper being reviewed. The conventional five-paragraph format (introduction/body/conclusion) should be followed. The APA style should be followed. A critical review should be no less than two pages long. The content, organization, and grammar/mechanics of the essay will be assessed.
