You will construct a plan for implementing change, as your leader has requested that you prepare a presentation for an informational meeting with your department. Specifically, your leader wants to be prepared to start a new change process, so he/she is requesting that you create a strategy for ways to measure and assess changes for proper implementation. Select an organization to plan for implementing change as an example company for your presentation to illustrate your ideas. As you will be using your selected organization, design a presentation to theorize and explain how you would implement the new change process within the organization.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
