My innovative idea is :: often times you see a van in a neighborhood making several stops to different house to leave items. Essentially, the proximity of deliveries do not require a car to be had. They can begin to build delivery hubs in areas that have a high density of utilizing amazon prime. These hubs will have packages delivered to it day prior. Day of delivery, they utilize electric cargo bikes i.e. the German Ono, to pick up packages from the storage hub and deliver to a certain mile radius of houses surrounding that hub. The constant stops from the vans in neighborhoods would be eliminated in the highly dense areas, thus eliminating some carbon emissions
