Poppy’s BBQ Restaurant is an organization that’s primary objective involves serving quality food to customers within a fun and friendly environment. It also aims at becoming a company that is socially responsible and also provide for the shareholders some good returns. It also will ensure that consumers get quality services and also a value for their money.
Our target audience includes every individual within the area that we are located. Our plan is to target mostly college students, sports fans, and families. Our campaign is going to be communicated to every individual through advertising on television, in order to assure ourselves of a broad reach. Our target markets are going to be domestic, where we will be trying to become more efficient and build a brand name before going international. Our main priority, however, is to create a suitable digital marketing strategy that will help us reach a wide range of consumers (Urban, 2013).
Digital Marketing Plan
Poppy’s BBQ restaurant is looking to promote hours spent on restaurant operations. We will have every outlet extend its hours hence the need for raising awareness and also drive the footfall. Our advertisements will be made at petrol stations, cash points and we will be coming up with the mobile banners advertisements that will encourage customers during late-night hours to have the restaurant finder application downloaded on their phones (Urban, 2013).
Youtube campaign will also be held in order to showcase the various video responses towards some of the queries that most customers ask with respect to the quality of our food and also services. An application known as Macca will also be used where software for image recognition will be used which will be discussing and addressing problems regarding the origin of our food (Strauss & Frost, 2008).
Digital play zones will also be created to entertain children that will be eating at the outlets of the company. There will be images and also characters that will be projected on the floor using infrared technology and tracking cameras.
A fruit smoothie app will also be part of our digital campaign. This will be a means by which we will be able to connect with consumers that may be in search of such kind of drinks. It will, however, be instilled within an application that the consumers will have already downloaded with updates from the application store (Urban, 2013).
Additionally, Poppy’s BBQ restaurant will be introducing a game soon which allows visitors to scan for codes that will earn them points. The points will be based on the rate at which they are purchasing and the consumers will be able to buy food at any of our outlets using those points (Kara, 2015).
Digital marketing will help our company in engaging with clients resulting in higher revenue generation. It will also be invaluable in increasing our brand’s visibility. It is a cheaper means by which our brand will be promoted towards advertising increasing the company’s profits. The consumers will be able to view our organization in a different kind of light while our
competitors and associates will be taking us much more seriously when we implement the digital marketing in full for our company’s brand.
Our plan on marketing our restaurants in Houston, Texas is by focusing on location which is close to colleges; also offer special discounts for students which will raise our market platform strategies. we will offer a happy hour time where our meals will be affordable to all.
