For the last paper we did this is the feedback I received – This paper did not include data on falls. It focused more on defining elements of quality improvement rather than a literature review of best practices to prevent falls. This paper should be formatted in a narrative rather than these multiple headings and small paragraphs, very limited references. Please keep working on this one for a complete paper to be submitted in Week 5. I have included the attachment for the paper before that we will continue to write from can you please add what we missed the other week thank you.
