How will the evaluation of the intervention be conducted? You will collect data for your evaluation during the intervention (process evaluation) and after the intervention (impact evaluation). Note: When completing the Evaluation section of your assignment, Go back and look at Assignment 5. Review your process objective for your Health Communication strategy and ask yourself ” What would I do midpoint of my program if I have not handed out all my flyers, have not posted all of my posts on facebook? You promised your funder that you will do this but its not happening… What changes will you make with your process to ensure that you meet your objective? What if your flyers or facebook posts are not reaching your target groups? How will you know this?
Then look at your learning objective for your Health Education Strategy and ask yourself how will you evaluate if for example ( 65% of participants will be able to list 3 ways to protect themselves from Gonorrhea?) How will you be sure that this will happen? What if participants are not able to list 3 ways to protect themselves from Gonorrhea- what changes will you make to ensure this? Will you conduct a pre test/post test? Will you have participants demonstrate some type of information you taught in the workshop?
