A). The United States Constitution gives the president broad authority. In detail, discuss the four powers of the president as it relates to the Constitution. Be sure to give details and examples of past presidents for full credit (150-word count minimum).
B). When it comes to passing legislation, how much power does the president have? Does Congress have more power than the president? Give recent examples of the conflict between presidents and Congress. (150-word count minimum)
C). The War Powers Act is a very important act passed by Congress in 1973. This act is meant to provide an additional check on the president’s power to send troops into a conflict. Using notes, the textbook and an outside source, detail the history and significance of the War Powers Act. Be sure to give examples. (150-word count minimum)
