I am confident to recommend Bernard Ainooson for admission to MCIT University. I had the
pleasure of teaching Mr. Bernard Ainooson for two years as an undergraduate student in the
Department of History and Political Studies, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and
Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. I watched Bernard Ainooson grow into an outstanding
individual who excelled in his academic and personal endeavors during this period.
I have witnessed his intellectual ability to master new content and his excellent performance in
international relations, political economy, and political philosophy. He is an active participant in
academic events and research works. During his dissertation proj ect, he showed a great capacity
to work independently. He is also a disciplined and very committed man. He demonstrated this
throughout the dissertation period, where he made timely submissions of his project and
committed himself to complete his dissertation. He often seeks extra information and makes
discoveries in his subjects of interest and research areas. His open-mindedness to try new ideas
and ability to innovate are strong suits that make him an outstanding student.
He is inventive and endlessly resourceful when it comes to teamwork and conflict resolution. He
demonstrated the capacity to resolve conflict during a student leaders’ conflict regarding
resource distribution. He successfully initiated the DMAIC process and utilized Tuckman’s
Theory of team building, a concept he learned in business. He is cooperative and collaborative
and usually takes the lead roles in group works. His social skills make him amiable, and he is
well-loved by his peers.
I highly recommend you to accept Mr. Bernard Ainooson for the MCIT program. I am confident
