To stay effective, a leader needs have a clear plan in place to navigate through these changes. Now you’ll apply what you’ve learned to a real-world issue, including an implementation plan to make the process actionable. Choose one company from among the current Malcolm Baldrige Award Recipients. Assume you’re the new CEO of this company, and you want to grow it. You can choose one or more goals from the list below, or you can create your own:
