Click on Learn More About Cholesterol then read Cholesterol 101 and the information provided.
Click on Learn more about LDL, HDL and Triglycerides, about midway down. Watch the interactive video on what is cholesterol.
Next, go back to the main page on cholesterol and click on the ‘Prevention and Treatment’ on the right and read the information provided.
Then go back and click Healthy Living at the top, then click Healthy Eating on the lower menu bar,
Scroll down and click on Eat Smart.
Pick two of the subjects, (fats, sugar, sodium)click on them and read one article from each.
