Your previous contributions to the business’ overall organizational structure and competitive advantage strategy, as outlined in all previous assignments for this course, are deemed essential in supporting the business’ overall organizational
structure and competitive advantage strategy. Now is the time to think about developing your own HR department team to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to perform well over time. HR business partners (HRBPs) who are effective and motivated will be critical in putting HR and business strategy into action. The Body of Competency and Knowledge (BoCK) of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) can be a valuable resource for developing
and certifying HR professionals. You must now explain to the management team the components of this model and how they can be used to help the HR department achieve operational success. A one-hour meeting has been set up, with the
CEO in attendance.
Create a 20-slide PowerPoint presentation that includes your script, discussion, or commentary in the Notes section of each slide, and includes the following:
Include the cover, presentation agenda, conclusion, and reference list slides, as well as any other slides that may be included in the total number of slides.
Give an overview of the importance of having a well-developed team of HR business partners on a slide. Make it clear what your position is.
The Evolution of the HR Business Partner Role, for example.
Introduce the SHRM BoCK model and its components with 14 slides. Make sure to draw attention to all of the model’s features. Note: Including an image of the actual SHRM BoCK model in the presentation is highly recommended.
Include the following presentation information in the remaining slides:
Provide at least three to four bullet points of information or discussion (more if necessary) describing the specifics of the SHRM BoCK’s “Behavioral Competencies.”
Provide three to four bullet points of information or discussion (more if needed) describing the specifics on the SHRM BoCK’s “HR Expertise: Domains 1 & 2.”
Provide three to four bullet points of information or discussion (more if needed) describing the specifics on the SHRM BoCK’s “HR Expertise: Domains 3 & 4.”
Provide at least three to four bullet points (more if necessary) of information or discussion about certifying your HRBPs.
Note: Good PowerPoints have few words on the slides; almost all of the information you need to include should be in the Notes.
In this assignment, you must use at least four high-quality academic resources. You may only use the resources listed in the Course Guide and those that the professor has specifically provided.
These formatting guidelines must be followed in your assignment:

Each section should have its own headings, with all bulleted information aligned properly and in the same font and size. Images are permitted, but they must be professional and pertinent to the topic.
