My initial post had to address the following: Topic of Discussion: Read Region in Crisis: Stabilizing Mali & the Sahel. Answer the following questions:1. Identify the problems/issues facing this region of Africa.
2. Identify which of the stability functions and activities outlined in ***JP 3-07*** are most appropriate to solve/mitigate the issues/problems you identified facing the Sahel region.
3. Develop Lines of Effort linking the multiple tasks and missions that focus efforts toward establishing the operational conditions needed to solve/mitigate the issues/problems you identified facing Sahel region of western and north central Africa.
