Describe their real estate holdings and lease-buy preference generally. (You do not need to research individual properties in the company’s portfolio. Simply answer the question of whether they tend to own-lease the properties they occupy and why? For example, companies in industries that value control or require costly/unique building and property specifications are more likely to own than lease.)

What are the main strategic, financial, or tax considerations driving their real estate decisions?
After describing the company and its relation to the properties it occupies, what are the implications for investors?
