My personal benefits of lifelong learning and scholarly engagement are that it provides a drive to learn, grow and develop, improve my quality of life, sense of worth, and personal fulfillment. Furthermore, lifelong learning and scholarly engagement keep my knowledge and skills updated, which provides me with continual self-motivation, and it allows me to climb my career ladder and provide me with stability and a possible future. It prevents boredom, therefore, continually igniting renewed personal goals and interests.

Nevertheless, based on these benefits, continual lifelong learning, and scholarly engagement journey, I am able to learn the skills, processes, and gained experiences that are required to create a piece worth publishing and presenting. I am equipped with resources, tools, and knowledge, where in the future I would like to utilize to develop a substantial work that will be disseminated to educate and promote information that is beneficial for public health and wellness.
