Matrix of Risk Probability Picnic at the Office Every Year
is a demonstration of your understanding of how to apply the risk matrix to your project’s risks.
You must create a list of at least ten identified risks from your project for this assignment. After you’ve finished your list, make a risk matrix to indicate the probability and impact of each item.
As previously suggested, please use explicit if/then sentences. The risk and its influence on the project should be addressed in the if/then expressions. During the assessment, this will aid in evaluating the probability and impact levels.
For each of the ten hazards identified, a template has been provided, and the following should be addressed:
Risk ID is a number that denotes the level of risk.
A clear if/then statement is a risk statement.
Probability is the likelihood that a risk will occur (Can use high, medium, low or numeric system).
Impact: The project’s impact as a result of the risk (Can use high, medium, low or numeric system).
Overall Score: This is the final ranking score used to evaluate where each risk ranks in relation to all others.
After you’ve examined the hazards, you’ll need to rank them in order of significance. This is useful in the actual world, since it prepares you for the following step, and it is a crucial understanding to have when dealing with risks.
