The following are the learning outcomes:
1. Assist students in developing systematic approaches to coping with complicated managerial decision-making problems. (CLO1)
2. Introduce students to simple decision models and management science concepts that can be used to gain significant and (sometimes surprising) qualitative insights into a wide range of managerial issues. (CLO2)
3. Give pupils the tools they need to figure out when and which decision models to employ for certain circumstances. (CLO3)
4. Give students a sense of the kind of problems that spreadsheet modeling and decision analysis can solve. (CLO4)
5. Teach pupils more advanced spreadsheet techniques, as spreadsheets will be a common tool in their managerial professions. (CLO5)
