Social media is a tremendous leverage tool in today’s society for getting a narrative out, building support, and demonstrating advocacy.
You will submit your completed Community Health Field Experience timelog in this job. The community actions you did relate to your field experience topic and focus on a primary preventative. You’ll also build a social media campaign to spread a health message to the target audience.

2. Propose two population-focused social marketing actions and explain how each would strengthen the health message associated with your Field Experience topic.
3. Describe a social media site that you would utilize to communicate with the target demographic.
a. Talk on how the chosen social media platform can help with preventative healthcare.
4. Describe how your health message will help the target audience.
D. Describe how to use social media platforms for health marketing in the best possible way.
E. Make a plan for implementing a social media campaign by completing the following:
1. Describe the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in the plan’s implementation.
2. Talk about public and private partnerships that could be developed to help you carry out your campaign.
3. Establish a timeframe for launching your campaign.
4. Describe how you plan to assess the campaign’s efficacy.
5. Talk about the costs of putting your campaign into action.
F. Consider how social media marketing can help the community health nurse promote healthier populations.
1. Consider how your social media campaign might apply to your nursing practice in the future.
G. Cite sources for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized using in-text citations and references.
H. In the content and appearance of your submission, demonstrate professional communication.
