Instructions:
RFP Requesting Proposal for HSN Implementation of EMR System
Theme of the Project
Your team is working on the HSN EMR project, and you’ve seen that you’ll need to buy a few things and/or do a few things.
Details for Assignment 2
Produce and submit a document or documents that include the following information in the order listed.
1.Each file must begin with a list of each team member’s names (names 1, 2, 3, and 4) for marking purposes.
2.Write a Simplified RFP for equipment (hardware or software) and/or activities, soliciting offers from sellers (like hiring an IT technician for installation). Remember that the equipment purchase must be significant enough to merit the RFP (competitive bidding) procedure.
3.Include a description of how you envision transitioning to digital EMRs, with a focus on details relating to timing and scheduling, or that could be utilized to reason through time management processes.
4.Make a numbered list of any and all assumptions.
5.Complete a Source Selection Criteria table with at least three (3) criteria and include it in your RFP. What criteria will you use to choose qualified sellers? What do you want to get the most out of when it comes to narrowing down the list of sellers who can reply to your RFP?
Only consider these specific results in relation to the topic objective for this assignment. As placeholder inputs, you can utilize the output of other processes from other classes, or you can use your collective imagination. Only your capacity to think through and apply these time management processes is being assessed.
