Weekly Plan
Having plans for weekly as well as monthly basis as always been a good thing for me as I get to work out everything in the most efficient and timely manner thus enhancing convenience and feasibility for me. My plan for this week is to have 120 to 200 minutes of exercise so that I can enhance my physical along with psychological health for enhanced lifestyle so I will need to read on exercise books and texts. I also have a plan to look into my nutrition thus I am interested in analyzing various texts on nutrition (Rasmussen et al., 2019).
Potential sources of information
The potential source of information is those that I can utilize to facilitate my successful plan for the week. I have identified four key sources. I will use the scholarly articles to fund the relevant information I need as they are considered to be highly vital and thorough in the information offered. Moreover, I will also use newspapers to look into the recently published information on the key topics of interests and further information on other related fields. Another source of information I plan to use is the websites as they are usually adequate in offering information on a specific topic for enhanced success as well as efficiency in my weekly plan. Lastly, I will use the peer reviewed journals to attain information that will complement all the other sources for enhanced feasibility in the plan.
Barriers and Solutions
There are numerous barriers that I am experiencing, and I have identified some ways to solve them. First and foremost, I am experiencing an issue with time management as I always keep failing in the way I manage time which makes it hard to accomplish tasks and plans on the given deadlines and this inconveniences the whole process. To avoid this issue and become better, I plan on having an alarm clock as well as put reminders on my calendar and phone so that I can be accurate in the manner in which I manage time.
Another issue is that one of postponing and this has led to a huge issue in procrastinating and in most of the cases I end up not accomplishing the tasks. To avoid this issue, I plan on being very strict on how I manage my time on planned activities. Another barrier is following routines which has caused me to be inefficient in different processes. I will check on how I can improve that by researching on effective ways (Weinstein et al., 2017).
