oThe report’s main body, separated into relevant sub-sections with headings
oIntegration of figures and tables into the body of the article, as well as discussion of the material presented in the figures and tables
oReferences. All references used throughout the work should be properly cited (not included in the 4-page restriction). Use any well-known citation style (e.g., APA 5th). At least four credible sources should be used. Popular business journals (e.g., Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune) and HR-specific periodicals are good places to start (e.g., HRMagazine). Newsletters and blogs on the internet are not suitable sources.
oAppendices. If necessary, appendices (not included in the 4-page limit) may be included.
oDo not exceed 4 double-spaced pages of text (one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font). The four-page limit does not include the cover page, table of contents, references, or any appendices.
