The concerns and design of training and development programs were the focus of discussion this week. As you apply the Beefsteak Case Study to this task, draw on your observations from this week’s readings and discussion.

You’ll need to figure out how Beefsteak will train managers as the company expands, given its rapid development. Include the fundamental elements for measuring training outcomes from the course textbook’s Chapter 16. To increase learner participation, identify the key principles of instructional design. Differentiate between the outcomes of statistically significant impacts and the outcomes of practically efficient effects, and explain your reasoning using the course materials and supplementary research.
In your paper, you state:

Avoid relying too heavily on direct quotes. Direct quotes are an excellent technique to bolster our claims and provide evidence. However, avoid relying too much on straight quotes in place of creative thought. Direct quotes will not satisfy the analysis, application, and critical thinking requirements. To prevent losing points for this, make sure you don’t overuse direct quotes. For more information, consult the Writing Center’s Integrating Research (Links to an external site.) resource.
A second references page, formatted according to APA style as suggested in the Writing Center, must be included. For details, see the Writing Center’s Formatting Your References List (Links to an external site.) page.
