Acceptable example: During ASHP Midyear 2021, my experience showed me how important it is to be innovative and adaptable as the whole conference was virtual. I learned to be very creative on how I would talk to each residency program I was interested in during Residency Showcase. Each both had different platforms and different times, so you had made to be innovative and ensure you make the best use of your time and leave a good impression as the experience was all virtual. This was great as well as I was able to talk to more programs than I may have otherwise done if the experience was virtual.
