Mr Williams is a 55-year-old car mechanic who has been complaining of bilateral sore eyes and redness for the past two months. days. His symptoms feel much worse. His right vision is reduced and he has a constant foreign body sensation in the right eye. His eyes are sticky on waking up. He also complains of a dry
burning sensation in both eyes.
