Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability are all addressed.
The credibility of a qualitative study’s conclusions is determined by four factors: (a) credibility, (b) transferability, (c) dependability, and (d) conformability (Holloway & Galvin, 2016). To maintain credibility, the researcher will ensure that the data obtained is indicative of the ideas and experiences of the participants. To build credibility, the researcher will conduct member checking, in which participants will provide comments on the data interpretations and analyses in order to verify their accuracy. The ability to adapt the findings and methodology in different contexts is referred to as transferability (Holloway & Galvin, 2016). The researcher will keep a journal log for conformability, which will include assumptions, prejudices, and anything else that could affect the research objectivity (Santiago-Delefosse et al., 2016).

Any study project must take ethical factors into account. It will be critical to take the necessary precautions to ensure that all participants are fully informed about their involvement and the role they will play in the research process. In this case study, the researcher will take the following steps to protect the rights of the selected firms and participants. To preserve their reputations, the volunteers chosen within the fast-food companies will not be named in the report. In addition, participants’ anonymity and confidentiality will be safeguarded both throughout and after the study process, in order to encourage them to be honest and avoid the chance of reprisal.
