Describe the top 3 messages and intended influence. What legislation is underway that could be impacted by public opinion as a result of this address?
Clearly identify 2-3 key policies issues outlined by the President (or local official) during the State of the Union address and identify prevailing social and cultural values related to the three issues.
Select one of the policy issues and present an evidence-based analysis of how the proposed policies will impact your client population (e.g., based on your practicum site and/or your selected specialization of Children Youth & Families).
Identify how this selected policy does or does not align with the values of the profession as outlined in the NASW Code of Ethics.
Formatting and Length
