- From the first e-Activity, analyze the role of judges in our adversary system, and describe the procedure for the selection of the U.S. Supreme Court judges. Select the judicial selection method that you believe provides the greatest result—selection by merit or by election. Justify your response.
- From the second e-Activity, compare your state’s judicial selection process with that of the federal judicial selection process. Point out the differences that you believe exist, and provide a rationale for your response.
