City of Hercules – Problem 1: The city of Hercules has noticed that their has been an uptick of residential burglaries and many residents are interested in defunding the Hercules Police Department because they claim they are not doing their jobs. Problem 2: Local realtors are complaining about the amount of graffiti at local parks, many business and abandoned buildings in the city of Hercules. The assertion is that the local police department cares absolutely nothing about the property value in the city of Hercules and as a result the property value is decreasing in the city of Hercules.
