Leroy believes that using a set of stages from an established change model to lead the change process is critical. As alternatives, he suggests the OD Action Research paradigm, Appreciative Inquiry, and Kotter’s 8-Step approach. However, the VP of HR wants all of the facts and is concerned about possible opposition to change at Red Carpet, so Leroy believes it’s also necessary to discuss this.
