Managerial Incentives
Henry Manne believed that companies cannot become too incompetent or corrupt, as eventually their share price would fall and they could be taken over by another firm that would get rid of incompetent management. Adolf Berle and Gardiner Means believed that company managers have an incentive to feather their own nests and to undermine shareholder wealth.
Can elements or parts of these theoretical perspectives have governmental applications? If so, which theory do you think best describes the segment of American government known as the Congress and the Senate? Explain your answer.
Which theory best fits your ethical perspective? Which theory best fits a particular group to which you currently belong, or previously belonged?
Your initial post should be at least 250 words in length. Support your claims with examples from required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts by Day 7.
Child LaborChild labor is endemic in the poorer countries of the world, and for many children it is seen as way of keeping their families out of poverty. Critics point out that if the governments were to invest more in educating children, they could be more productive and create more wealth for their nation when they are older. In the meantime, multinational enterprises often secure suppliers who use children.
In your opinion, what is the best way to reduce child labor for multinational corporations? How is the phenomenon of child labor viewed from your ethical perspective? Given the ethical perspective of a particular group to which you currently belong, or previously belonged, how would child labor be viewed?

Business strategy elements Organizational strategy elements Information strategy elements Zara is a business, which is aspiring to grow like any other business out there. Competitors are out there trying to be one-step ahead. Therefore, it is all about the strategies that the company uses in order to outshine the other companies, in the same industry. Zara has been in the industry for more than a decade and it is therefore aware of the market niche. The company has managed to establish itself in the market for its production of clothes. In competitive industry like the clothing industry, Zara has to diversify its products instead of specialization. The clothing industry is mostly driven by fashion and style. In order for Zara to survive in such competition, it should produce other types of clothes for people to wear other than focusing on young people clothes. People do not come to a store to purchase something specific; they come with an idea of it. The variety of products the store has is what narrows down the decision of the customer. The seniors of the business have to think of opportunities that their competitors have not thought of, in other words, they have to be ahead of its competitors at all times in order to succeed. Manufacturing clothes for the rest of the world, that changing trends fun may attract more people into enrolling with some sessions and therefore increasing the sales of trending clothes. It is therefore very important for Zara to provide variety of trendy clothes in order to attract more customers leading to growth in sales. Globalization is a process that most companies fear because of the risks associated with it. However, good entrepreneurs are risk takers. Global market has a lot to offer in terms of market. The market is so wide that the company is able to choose without much constraint Zara can target African countries that are good in fashion. Opening up stores in such countries will grow the company in terms of sales and revenue. Zara sells its products at a retail price meaning that they are in direct contact with the customers. At this level, the employees of Zara interact with their customers enquiring more about their preferences and their suggestions. Getting different ideas from all over the world help the company improve on its production and design to suit the needs of its customers. The easiest way to win the hearts of the people in each country is by employing some of the citizens that country This makes them feel like they belong and that the store cares about the welfare of the people of that country. As customers purchase products, they like being attended to by someone familiar to them, someone who understands their language and needs. This purpose will be served by getting some citizens in that country to work in the store. Impacts between the elements.
The technology is growing at a faster rate than anticipated. Zara can take advantage of the fact that most people are now shopping online because of time factor. People are getting so busy that they do not have time to visit stores physically to get their own personal staff for instance clothes. Companies have therefore opened up their websites where their customers can browse to see their latest products and be able to purchase and pay online. Zara should do the same, open up a website where they can get online order and even better offer delivery services to its customers.

Established Customer Amenity Similarity
This will increase their sales because there is nothing more customers love than to get their products delivered right on their door-step.
Differences
Internet sales help the company to get to know what their customers are thinking out there.
Main issue
The comments they get on their Facebook and twitter pages are people’s opinion on the company’s products and services. If the company gets few negative comments, it is because the market loves the company’s products and services (Freeman, 2010). If they are many, the company should focus on improving the quality of their products and services in order to please the market and win their trust.
Recommendation
Zara company cannot grow in a day, it takes time to strategize and be able to win the hearts of the customers. The unique strategies that the company uses will determine whether the company will grow or fall. It is therefore important for the company to take time in planning the company’s strategies in order to ensure that they will not fail (Wheelen, 2011). If necessary, the company can hire some experts who are specialized in this field just to be sure of that the strategies will work before employing them (Hirt et al., 2012). Zara should do the same, open up a website where they can get online order and even better offer delivery services to its customers.
