Include your name, the professor’s name, the course name, and the date.
Give your paper a title (relating it to the assignment or the case you chose).
Include a Work Cited Page and Word Count.
Section 1: Decision
Write in one sentence what you believe is the wisest, most ethical decision.
Next, in a full paragraph, clearly justify and support your decision. A justification is needed. You may want to use the theories we covered in class, or your own philosophy. What would justify your decision to all of the stakeholders? (150 word minimum)
Section 2: Evaluation

Section 3: Reflection
In one paragraph reflect on the process of critical thinking AND the critical thinking model we presented in this class. (50 word minimum)
Examples:
Have I or would I use this model or part of it in my everyday life.
What did I learn from this process?
What ethical principles do I rely on consistently?
etc.
Word Count
There are minimum word count requirements for this assignment (see word count requirement for each section above).
Works Cited Page
Include proper citations for all sources used (which will include at a minimum the course textbook as the source of the case studies).
