- Review chapter 5 in your textbook, which describes how nurses think critically and synthesize assessment findings to make informed nursing judgements.
- Course assignment in Canvas: Use of otoscope, with the documentation form uploaded to assignment portal. You will fill out the assessment form listing your findings.
You will synthesize three nursing diagnoses related to the ear or hearing (ND): one health promotion (also called Wellness) ND, one “Risk for” ND, and either one actual or collaborative ND. See the assessment form for instructions regarding your ND.
