1. Objective: In four weeks, I want to be able to accurately document suggestions for psychiatric consultations without assistance.
a. Goal: Maintain an accurate running log of all client interactions.
b. Goal: Keep a detailed record of the patient’s information.
c. Goal: Conduct a thorough evaluation of each client’s treatment plans.
2. Goal: In four weeks, I want to be able to set SMART goals for practicum experiences.
a. Goals should be structured in such a way that everyone who reads them can grasp them.
b. Goal: Maintaining up-to-date notes and creating a timetable in which my notes, treatment plans, and assessments are completed at a set time each week.
c. Goal: by producing a prospectus for my project, I will be able to outline a clear and realistic scope.
