Online Dispute Resolution Bar Graph Final Essay 1
Description
Now that you are informed about the Online Dispute Resolution process , this week’s assignment is to create a online dispute resolution bar graph using Microsoft’s Word’s Chart feature (found under the insert tab at the top of a word document.
A trustmark is a badge, image or logo displayed on online business websites to indicate that the website has been determined to be trustworthy by the issuing organization. Some common trustmarks include those for the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Norton, McAfee, and TRUSTe. Visit the websites for 4 online businesses of your choosing, that displays a trustmark on its homepage.
Using these questions, create a bar graph to compare and contrast each selected business in the online dispute resolution process.
1. What form of ADR/ODR does the trustmark program use to resolve conflicts between the customer and business?
2. Does the trustmark organization post any actual decisions that were rendered?
3. Is there any statistical data about the program?
Prepare a bar graph reflecting your findings.
The bar graph is simply a graph using 2 axises to compare and contrast data. You can find many examples on the internet. I then recommend starting this assignment with a google search for trustmark businesses or banks, or any other organization. (Feel free to use the examples provided and add one.)
I would then go to the actual website of the companies that you selected and then google to see what their ADR process is. Using the questions provided, search for the requested information. Using a chart format, compare and contrast these organizations. I hope this helps
