Effective Leadership Style Read the article, ” 7 Steps to A Truly Effective Leadership Style (Links to an external site.) ” by Rebecca Hourston. Then, add an 8th step to the seven steps presented to supplement the article. What is your additional recommendation for developing a leadership style that is “highly prized”?
Discussion Boards Scholarly writing is required for all discussion posts and assignments, which includes using APA formatted references and citations. Discussion question responses must be at least 300 words and cite research to support your response. Please be sure to answer all parts of the questions. Your textbook is a good resource, but I expect each student to find additional scholarly research in the university library to use in your discussion responses. Each assignment will have special requirements so be sure to thoroughly read and understand the instructions. APA citations and formatting is required on all written assignments. Other guidelines on assignments include the following: • Check spelling, grammar, and punctuation to avoid any point deductions related to these matters. • I expect students to use at least one scholarly, credible and relevant source for each discussion response as this practice is essential for completing tasks successfully. Sources can include course textbook and at least one scholarly outside source per the grading rubrics. For example, websites such as ehow.com are not considered a scholarly source. • Remember that all discussion responses are submitted to Turnitin to check for originality. Please ensure your work is original and produced by you.
