Planning On Becoming the Best Early Literacy Teacher
An educator basically is a person who has knowledge and is capable of using that knowledge to acquire more knowledge. Becoming an educator is not simple and it requires one to develop the passion of becoming one. An educator has the desire of learning more and is never satisfied with the knowledge that he/she has. Personally I have the desire of becoming an educator. It has been my dream all through that one day I will be referred to as one of the many educators in the world. Therefore my long term goal is to become an educator especially in educational studies.
For the past 7 years I have been working with kids and this has made me to love teaching kids. It’s very challenging to understand kids: how their brain functions; their behavior; how they grow and the effective way to teach them. In order to properly understand children one is required to have broad knowledge of the way kids function. Therefore I am constantly seeking more knowledge to understand kids better. This is one of the reasons that I do want to become an educator so that I can properly understand kids.
I am planning on becoming the best early literacy teacher. Personally I believe that it is important for educators to learn about early literacy. It’s vital for one to be taught how to learn so that an individual can use that towards other people. Therefore I am willing to constantly learn something and this will enable me to become a good teacher. Becoming an educator requires one to have the willingness to learn more and never feel satisfied that the information you have is enough.
