Essay on perception cues and principles
Though all of the senses are involved in perception, textbooks usually focus on sightspecifically, visual illusions. As a result, your next graded discussion will be to take and post a photo of a monocular depth cue or a Gestalt rule of perception from your textbook, and to identify and describe where and how it represents a monocular depth cue or a Gestalt rule of perception.
Make sure to include the name of the cue or principle, as well as where you saw it in your photo and how it demonstrates it. Make sure you’re employing a monocular cue or Gestalt principle that the textbook and/or module mentions.
Take a photo of yourself. Do not use someone else’s photo or illustration (that already exists). Use one that isn’t from a textbook. Don’t use one from Google or another search engine. Take a photo of yourself.
This must be your first (and only) post, and it must not be a repeat of another student’s.
