Mr Smith is a 54-year-old gentleman with a presenting symptom of a dry throat. This usually occurs within about 5 minutes after walking and is relieved with rest. He has no chest pain at rest, no radiation of the pain to left arm or jaw, or any associated SOB on exertion.
